全流程采用数字化设计和管控。数字化精确加工预制构件，能减少现场处理材料产生的废料；同时，建筑装置的构件通过螺栓连接而非焊接、浇筑，便于未来拆除后的重复利用

Material Reuse
The entire process utilizes digital design and control. Precision digital fabrication of prefabricated components reduces waste generated by on-site material handling. Furthermore, the components of the building installation are bolted together rather than welded or cast, facilitating reuse after demolition.
