Zero Waste Urban and Rural Space Art Exhibition-Landscape

“无废·景”是一系列以“无废城市”理念为指导而创作的景观作品合集。

该系列作品充分利用建筑拆除、日常生活中产生的废弃物，如废旧砖石、回收塑料、报废金属、废弃木材等，通过巧妙的设计与再加工，转化为景观构筑物、铺装、花坛、座椅等功能空间。设计团队在尊重材料原始特性的基础上，注重人与环境的互动体验和生态修复功能，部分作品还融入了雨水花园、垂直绿化、昆虫旅馆等生态元素，提升生物多样性。

不仅如此，在城市更新的背景下，如何有效激发“废弃”的城市消极空间，将其变为生机勃勃的花园；如何让垃圾厢房成为城市一景，不再是脏乱差的死角，都是设计师面临的新挑战。

每一处“无废景观”都保留了城市空间的痕迹与故事，让废弃物在新的场所中焕发活力，彰显城市的记忆与更新。该系列不仅展现了废弃物的再利用价值，更传达了绿色、循环、可持续的生活方式。观众在体验无废景观的同时，能够深刻感受到“变废为美”的力量与环保创新的可能性，共同思考人与自然、城市与环境的和谐共生之道。
""Zero Waste Landscape" is a collection of landscape works inspired by the concept of a "Zero Waste City."

This series makes full use of waste generated during building demolition and daily life—old bricks, reclaimed plastics, scrapped metal, discarded timber—and, through ingenious design and re-processing, turns them into functional landscape elements: pavilions, paving, planters, benches, and other spatial features. While respecting each material’s original character, the design team foregrounds people’s interactive experience with the environment and embeds ecological restoration functions. Some pieces integrate rain gardens, vertical greening, insect hotels, and other biodiversity-boosting devices.

Moreover, against the backdrop of urban renewal, designers face new challenges: how to reactivate “wasted” residual spaces and transform them into vibrant gardens, and how to turn garbage rooms into city scenery rather than dirty, messy, and unsightly dead corners.

Every “zero-waste landscape” preserves the traces and stories of its urban site, allowing cast-off materials to regain vitality in a new context and manifesting the city’s memory and renewal. Beyond demonstrating the reuse value of waste, the series communicates a green, circular, and sustainable way of life. While experiencing these waste-free landscapes, visitors can deeply feel the power of “turning waste into beauty” and the possibilities of environmental innovation, and together reflect on the path to harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, city and environment.
